Mr. David Odera
Mr. Odera is passionate about mentoring entrepreneurs and building new business leaders. He successfully built his business in the transport and auto industry. Mr. Odera has served in various senior executive capacities spanning over thirty years in a number of strategic industries including IT, electronic security, construction and mining equipment, and most recently the heavy commercial vehicle sector.
Mr. Odera has led the WYLDE International Ltd board for the last 8 years.
Prof. Scott Bellows
Often hailed as one of the most well-rounded and effective lecturers in East Africa, Dr. Scott brings his experience in over sixty (60) countries to provide unparalleled depth and effectiveness to corporate training. Dr. Scott serves as an Assistant Professor of Management, the Director of an entrepreneurship center, and was elected by fellow faculty to chair their campus body for a leading East African University. He also writes as a columnist for the Business Daily and as a resident author with the Artist Colony of Kenya.
Rosie a seasoned process facilitator and certified coach, adept at enabling organizations to scale their leadership effectiveness in order to create sustained, outstanding results that matter most to them. Her career spans close to three decades working across various sectors and geographies. Over the past six years, her career has transitioned into Leadership Development. More recently she supported the set-up of a Stanford University Graduate School of Business initiative – Stanford Seed – a business transformation accelerator that enables SMEs & their CEO/founders to transform and scale their businesses. She has served as a Transformation Facilitator within the East African region with a focus on Ethiopia and Kenya for a duration of 3 years.
Mutindi Mutua - Emily, is an Executive Coach, HR & Talent Advisor with over 20 years’ working experience in Administration, Human Resources, Talent Management and most recently Executive Coaching having built her career in leading multinationals within the FMCG Industry, Integrated Marketing Services, and most recently the Financial Sector. She is passionate about assisting organizations to address business needs with the aim of giving them a competitive advantage in human capital investment.
Titus Karanja is a financial services professional with a particular interest in financial technology applications. He has 19 years’ experience in financial services encompassing stockbroking, investment management, corporate finance and commercial banking. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance from the University of Nairobi, a Diploma in Computer Science from the UK Institute of Data Processing Management (IDPM) and is a qualified accountant under the ACCA (England and Wales). He is also a Certified Executive Coach under the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Titus is now the Managing Director at Fintech Frontiers Ltd, a payments solution firm based in Nairobi Kenya with clients in various African countries.
Titus is also a member of the board of the Children of God Relief Institute (Nyumbani), a rehabilitative center that nurtures and develops HIV positive children into healthy and self-reliant individuals; and Real People Kenya, a non-deposit taking financial services provider.
